• No Cheating or Hacking Whatsoever
  Cheating or Hacking is basically any modification to your game that would give you an unfair advantage over other players. Such things as Aimbot, Walls, etc. are ban-able right away. Other game add-on's such as Blood or Custom Scopes are allowed and are not considered a cheat.
  
  Attempts to activate a cheat is logged and also cause for a ban even if the activation of the cheat failed.
  
  Also, attempt to crash the server are cause for a ban...even if unsuccessful.
  
  
• Do Not Have Hacks In Your Game
  This rule is a slight variation of the above.  Starting 7/1/2007, I start banning individuals who's CI scans return the presence of hack entries.  What that means is that an individual may have installed hacks/cheats for their game.  Even if they are not activated or used them while playing on my server.  If CI picks it up, you will be banned. 
  
  Reason for this rule is simply that it is much to easy to activate/deactivate a cheat/hack by a simple key stroke.  By allowing only "clean" scanned players to play, you are as close to playing honest players as you can get.
  
  
• No Vulgar, Derogatory, or Obscene Language
  The server is targeted to be PG-13. Any continued use of inappropriate language or remarks is cause for a ban. We have many kids that come onto the server and wish to keep the environment as clean as possible.  Everything you say in the game chat is logged and a ban may be initiated after the fact upon log review the next day.
  
  While the server does have a language filter in place, some people may bypass it by replacing some characters with number or symbols representative of the letters. This too is considered use of inappropriate language.
  
  Derogatory or Racist remarks are not welcomed and can cause a ban immediately or after the fact upon chat log review.
  
  
• Do Not Spawn Kill
  While the server has a 3 second spawn protection in place, individuals that continually hang around the spawn area waiting for the kill of a fresh spawn will be warned, kicked, and banned if continued. Additionally, grenades thrown into the spawn point is not welcomed. While it is possible a grenade can land around or close to the spawn area, only those grenades thrown into the spawn point with the purpose of killing a fresh spawn are considered spawn killers.
  
  
• Be a Sport
  Behavior is also an item that is looked at as well. If someone is being a poor sport or accusing folks of hacking without proof, they will be escorted out of the server. Continuation of poor sportsmanship, behavior, or continued accusations will cause a ban. Even if the comments were made in a joking manner, don't do it.
  
  
• No Impersonating
  Do not impersonate other players on the server, including Console. This is cause for immediate ban.
  
  
• Do Not Use Custom Skins
  Use only the default skins that came out of the box. CI will force change the player's skin if it is not stock or not on the authorized list. The authorized list contains only those skins that the game came with "out of the box". While some custom skins may be cool, this rule is in place to prevent the possibility of skin cheats. CI will kick any player that tries to change to a custom skin while in game. After a few continued kicks, CI will automatically ban the individual for excessive kicks.
  
  
• Don't Go Out of Bounds
  Every effort was made to prevent players from accessing areas outside of the playing map, such as under the map, or behind walls. Players attempting to access these areas will be killed automatically and a general broadcast is sent to everyone.
  
  Roof Access is not considered out of the playing area and is allowed.
  

The above rules are not dramatic but are basic common sense. In other words, use your best judgment when playing. If you feel you are doing something wrong, ask....or just don't do it.
